direct bank transfer, or by cheque / money order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Credit Card payments are processed through the eWAY & St George Secure Payment Gateways. We also protect the security of your credit card number during transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software. Please note that Misty Rose reserves the right to ask for proof of identity on all Credit Card orders.

With nearly
all Australian banks now providing online banking this method
of payment is most desirable for Australian customers without
a credit card. Once you complete the checkout process we will display our bank account details and you can logon to your
bank account online or visit a St George bank and deposit the
money to our account. If you are provided with space to enter
a description for the transaction please enter your last name
and order number. If you are with a bank other than St George ,
online transfers may take up to 2 days so please be prepared
to wait that extra time for your items to be shipped. If payment
has not been received within 5 business days your items will
no longer be held for you. International bank transfers are
also possible however large fee is often charged to do this,
check with your bank first.

Customers
We accept
business cheques, personal cheques, bank cheques and money orders
in Australian currency. After you place your order you will
receive an email with your order details and the address to
send your payment. Please print this email and include it with
your payment. Your items will be held for 5 days, if your payment
fails to arrive in that time they will be returned to the catalogue.
Australia Post money orders cost $2.50 and are available from
any Australia Post outlet.
International
Customers
For international orders credit card is the preferred payment,
however we do accept the following;

Bank Drafts
International Bank Drafts are available from all major banks
worldwide. They are similar to money orders but are used for
payments made outside the customers country. After you place
your order you will receive an email with your order details
and the address to send your payment. Please print this email
and include it with your payment. Your Items will be held for
10 days, if your payment fails to arrive in that time they will
be returned to the catalogue.
All International Bank Drafts MUST be in Australian (AUD) currency,
any other currencies will be ignored.
